I have taught and supervised trainees in a number of training institutes for psychotherapy, Since 1986 I have experience of working with depression, anxiety disorders and bereavement in my private work and NHS settings. My private practice is in Hove.
I also have long-term experience of working with eating disorders from my private practice and a focus of my work has been issues for women for which I use a feminist psychoanalytic approach.
I can offer once or twice weekly, long-term therapy and also Brief therapy which I have taught and practised as an associate therapist for employment assistance programmes.
I trained as a psychotherapist at The Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies and qualified in 1986. I gained my Masters degree in The Psychology of Counselling and Therapy at Regent's College,London,1986.
