In times of crisis or distress, psychotherapy can feel like a much needed pause in a difficult world. It provides an opportunity to grow, develop and heal. I offer a secure, non-judgemental space that enables reflection, thinking and questioning.
The therapeutic process can open up ways to understand yourself better and work through the issues you are struggling with, either on your own or in a relationship.
I offer psychoanalysis, psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples in Eastbourne.
I am a qualified and experienced Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and have an MA in Philosophy and Psychoanalysis. I trained with the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis and I am a member of the UKCP, which means that I comply with their Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct.
I have a private practice in Eastbourne, East Sussex. My previous experience includes working for a number of years at a London NHS Trust and at a North London Counselling Service.
I am a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy
